INGREDIENTS
1 cup dry milk powder
1 cup non dairy creamer powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup instant coffee crystals
2-4 serving boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 cup grated semi sweet chocolate (optional)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together well to combine. If you encounter lumps from the cocoa or the coffee crystals, use your hands to break them up.
You can also choose to mix this in either a food processor or a stand mixer to get great incorporation and distribution of all the ingredients but it is not necessary if you don’t have those appliances.
Divide the mixture into six jelly jars or six icing cones and decorate for holiday gift giving.
